Pausing

I tried my best to write this post last night.

Obviously, I did not succeed.

I began by uploading two weeks of pictures from my camera to my computer.

Then I had to fight the urge to organize and sort them all,

because I'd have wasted all my blogging time just organizing.

Then, I didn't even finish blogging.

Sometimes I wish life just had a pause button.

I've seen the movie Click

and I've learned the lesson about fast forwarding life.

I don't want to do that.

I just want it to slow down every once in a while.

Is that too much to ask?

I don't think so.

So, for now,

I'm posting this picture of Laci swinging.

Frozen in time.

As if she could be suspended up in the tree forever.

With wild baby curls.

And seven teeth.

Just enjoying the ride.
