oh, hello

Clearly, my efforts at blogging more often have been sub-par. But this time I have good reasons.

My Aunty Jenny and two of her boys came to visit last Tuesday for a few days.  The weather turned wicked at something like 110 degrees for far too many days in a row. We were all certain we would burst into flames if we stepped outside for too long. On Friday, we caravanned down to Santa Rosa for an extended family gathering. I joyously donned a sweater two evenings in a row. I returned home on Sunday, pretty much exhausted. I have pictures of most of that, but not tonight. Sorry.

What I do have is a fun picture of the girls' tea party in the pool and news that some may still be waiting for...

Yesterday, we met with a specialist for an in-depth ultrasound and everything with baby looks perfectly healthy. Baby has a fully formed diaphragm with all organs in their proper positions. Aaaaaand, Baby #3 is a BOY!

Without a doubt, our world of pink, tea parties, and ponies will be getting a little jolt in a few months.
