Sometimes, Laci asks to be behind the camera. It's too cute to see her tiny three year old hands handle my big, heavy camera. She knows to put her left hand under the lens and she stretches her little fingers to reach the shutter button on the right. I need to get a picture of her in action.

She wanted to take a picture of Rose.

It took a few tries for her to hold it steady.  Oh, a nice shot of my messy countertop.

Try again...got her legs.

Try again...got her blurry head.

And one more try...

She was pretty proud of herself to get the shot.

I take all blame for exposure issues as I think I had manually set it, and as for the blur, it isn't too bad considering I had my 50mm lens on, which can sometimes have trouble grabbing focus so close to the subject.

She sure can make her momma proud.
