Our little man is eight weeks old today and is quickly becoming not so little. He's the biggest of our babies so far, the only one to make it to the 75th percentile. He already fills my arms when I hold him - still floppy, but heftier than the wee newborn we brought home. 

I know this first year with him will fly by, even if it feels like the days are never-ending. So, I catch myself smelling his head whenever I get a chance and I sometimes just stare at his little face and hands and feet. Someday I won't really remember how his tiny fingers feel in my hand or how he sounds when he sleeps. 

If there was a way to store up that kind of thing, I would, and I would open it up on the days when I look at my babies and wonder how in the world they got so big.
