This week:
We put on our pajamas early one night, picked up dinner at McDonald's, and drove around looking at Christmas lights. I made them take a picture before we left. The drive didn't last long because Noah decided he was tired of sitting in the dark in the car, but it was magical all the same.
It isn't uncommon for Mia to be close to her brother, or more often, literally on top of him. He gets a lot of kisses and hugs.
Ryan and I took all the kids to see Frozen. Yes, all three of them. It was awesome. The movie and the kids. It helps that there was only one other person in the theater. Laci watched the whole movie standing up because she was afraid of the seat folding up on her. Mia didn't sit still the entire movie, ate too much red licorice that somehow ended up on her forehead, and asked 8,452 questions. And Noah and Mia both cried through the last ten minutes of the movie. But still, it was a good time. I'm so glad we were brave enough to try it. And I seriously love this movie.
So, it seems, we are packing some good stuff into our days. In between changing diapers and getting chores done and trying to make sure everyone eats. By the end of the day, I usually feel pretty fried, bedtime is never early enough. But that's not what I want to remember. Someday, these pictures will be all the memory I have, and I'll be thankful to have captured happy faces and busy hands having fun.
I suck and I am so behind on reading. Good think someone in this family knows how to blog regularly because that someone is not me, haha! Although I guess I could blog about a couple of things...Love all the pictures as always, especially the ones before light seeing. :) Can't wait until the lazy week of Christmas next week after all this craziness of the last few weeks though!
