Bits of My Life

Have I really been gone for ten days?  Yes, it must be true...the blog says so.  Ok, so I haven't really "been" anywhere, except on my couch, and my bed, and maybe the floor a time or two.  But the good news (at least for me), is that I'm back, with some old pictures to share and quite a few new ones that are still in my camera.  Cool, right?  Definitely.

So, when you haven't been doing anything, what do you blog about?  I blog about the nothing we've been doing.  And "nothing" these days, always includes Elmo and Abby.  Because you can't have one without the other...that would be ridiculous, or at least that's how Laci feels about it.

And even if you are busy picking up olives and your hands are FULL of olives (as pictured above), you still have room to carry your friends.

Well, sort of.  It can get a little tricky carrying olives and Elmo and Abby.

Occasionally, when Elmo and Abby have temporarily been forgotten on the living room floor, we are joined by a fluffy stuffed dog that likes to collect every leaf, twig, and sticker in his fluffy hair.  It is awesome...according to someone.  Not according to the person that must then pick the leaves, twigs, and stickers out of his fluffy hair.  And on a really spectacular day, we might be accompanied by Elmo and Abby AND the fluffy stuffed dog and then it gets really tricky to carry all your friends AND olives at the same time.  But somehow, I can assure you, it gets done.

And, after all that exciting commentary on friends and dogs and olives, aren't you glad I'm back?
